Training employees throughout their working lives is necessary for the success of companies. La Salle EMCI offers a whole range of programmes tailored to SMEs’ and big companies’ needs so as to bring each collaborator new skills. Two different kinds of trainings are offered at La Salle EMCI.
Train your collaborators
Trainings of excellence in foreign languages
So as to testify from a level in a foreign language, the teaching staff at La Salle EMCI pepares your employees to sit for different certifications according to the chosen language. At La Salle EMCI, your collaborators can be prepared to the TOEIC test delivered by ETS Global (certification of reference for English competences in companies), the DELE from the Cervantes Institute (certification in the level of command and competences of the Spanish language), or the WIDAF from the French-German chamber of Commerce and Industry (reference test for business German).
Validation of prior experience for the Bachelor and IDM titles
So as to definitely validate the competences acquired all along the working life , La Salle EMCI can implement a VPE (validation of prior experience) for each employee. This individual approach enables each person to turn the experience acquired all along the years as part of a salaried or non salaried or volunteer activity into a widely recognized diploma, title or certification. This process can be initiated after 3 years of activity (uninterrupted or not) and gives each collaborator a precise recognition of their know-how and expertise. There is no age limit nor any requirement for diploma to apply for a validation of Prior Experience. At La Salle EMCI, validation of prior experience can be done for the Bachelor “ Import-Export Zone Manager” (level II, 3 years post A-levels) or the IDM “International Development Manager” ( level I, 5 years post A-levels).
